World-class support

At OCLC, we are committed to helping you build the very best collections. Our team of experts is available to provide support, advice and training throughout your collection building process. With a current Annual Maintenance Agreement, you will receive:

  • Access to Web-based Help, Tutorials and Installation and Administration guides to help you learn about CONTENTdm features or troubleshoot issues on your own.
  • Technical phone and e-mail support from professionals who know our software inside and out.
  • Prompt response to all support inquiries.
  • Upgrades to your current version of CONTENTdm.
  • Automatic e-mail notifications with relevant news and product announcements.
  • Access to a listserv and other CONTENTdm community tools.

User community

The CONTENTdm user community of over 1,000 organizations supports each other by sharing experiences, best practices and locally-developed extensions through the CONTENTdm listserv and User Support Center, regional user groups and other collaborations.

We also can assist by providing contact information (with approval) for those with similar collection interests and technical environments.

CONTENTdm workshops and training are available. To learn about upcoming opportunities in your area, please contact your Regional Service Provider. Your Regional Service Provider can also provide you with CONTENTdm Implementation Services that help guide you through key decisions and tasks in order to achieve results quickly.
