OCLC WorldCat Cataloging Partners (PCAT)
Retrieving Files from OCLC (GET)
When are files posted?
OCLC posts files to your account daily between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern time.
Downloading files
Files are available for downloading for 90 days. Files are expired after 90 days of consecutive non-use or non-reference. Each time you access (browse) a file, the 90-day counter begins anew. After 90 days, contact your
OCLC
service partner in the Americas or your regional distributor outside the Americas for out-of-warranty products.
You may retrieve a file anytime, with the exception of the following maintenance times:
- Sunday, 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time
One-time transfers
Notify OCLC Customer Services Division (CSD) at (800) 848-5800 or (614) 793-8682, or e-mail support@oclc.org, or
contact us via the web if you are interested in retrieving a sample file of records.

- Label Files (includes electronic spine, pocket labels with
call numbers and the main entry/title):

- Send one file at a time.
WS_FTP:
- Set passive to off.
