Don't forget your policies
The OCLC Policies Directory is key to the efficient operation of resource
sharing, allowing other libraries to quickly determine if and how an item you
hold can be borrowed. Inaccurate policies mean delays and precious time lost
in turnaround.
Your policies need to be present and accurate in the Directory. Please log
on to the Policies
Directory with your WorldCat Resource Sharing authorization
and update your information.
Ready to improve your workflow?
Let your users initiate their own requests directly from citations within
the FirstSearch service. It's convenient for them and your staff spends less
time on fulfullment.
Save even more time with Direct Request, a feature that sends requests into
the WorldCat Resource Sharing system without staff intervention.

these two easy ways to save time on resource sharing requests.
