Wissahickon Valley Public Library: Local community newspaper
Under the care of OCLC preservation experts, a local community newspaper collection dating back to 1857 is digitized and the files were enhanced with metadata to improve user access. Today the newspaper, the Ambler Gazette, is available online via OCLC CONTENTdm and the Wissahickon Valley Public Library Web site.
Library of Congress: George Washington Papers
When the Library of Congress wanted to preserve its precious collection of George Washington's papers, it turned to OCLC Preservation Service Centers to digitize existing microfilm, using techniques which improved legibility and access both to the microfilm and the original documents.
Naval War College: Bates Manuscript Collection
To bring this unique collection of the papers of Rear Admiral Richard W. Bates to the Web, OCLC Preservation Service Centers engaged in a range of material preparation, metadata collection, microfilming, digitizing and preservation activities.
Columbia University Libraries: Ling Lung Chinese Language Serial
OCLC Preservation Service Centers worked closely with Columbia University librarians to microfilm and digitize its nearly complete run of Ling Lung, a weekly pocket-sized women's magazine that offers a rare snapshot of women's changing roles in 1930s Shanghai.

When Lehigh University Libraries wanted to preserve rare 15th and 16th Century illuminated manuscripts, they contacted OCLC Preservation Service Center.
County Clerk's Office, Chautauqua County, New York
Chautauqua County personnel chose OCLC Preservation Service Center to preserve its 19th and 20th Centery maps on microfilm.
