OCLC makes EContent top 100 list for 8th straight year
OCLC has been named to EContent magazine's 2008-2009 EContent 100 List of companies that matter most in the digital content industry. OCLC has made the list each year since 2001, when the magazine started compiling its list of the top 100 companies.
To put the list together, the magazine's staff and contributing editors review the companies' activities over the past year and evaluate their current standing and impact on the digital content industry. Judges then spend another month voting, commenting and debating on new nominees and reviewing incumbents to formulate the final list.
