NetLibrary, OCLC's platform for eContent and the leading provider of eBooks for libraries, has announced its titles are now certified through Serials Solutions KnowledgeWorks, which will ensure accessibility and support for NetLibrary through the popular knowledgebase.

Libraries that subscribe to both Serials Solutions and NetLibrary eBooks may now access their content directly through Serials Solutions KnowledgeWorks, the comprehensive knowledgebase of content for libraries.

As a KnowledgeWorks-certified provider, NetLibrary will offer new ways users can find and access titles in their subscription databases through Serials Solutions e-resource access and management services.

"OCLC continues to find new ways to deliver services to our users when and where they need them," said Michelle Harper, OCLC Global Product Manager, eBooks and eAudiobooks. "This agreement with Serials Solutions will help us to both deliver our eContent and serve our users at their point of need—through searches of KnowledgeWorks."

"NetLibrary offers a variety of titles from a variety of disciplines that will be valuable to users of Serials Solutions services," said Sherrard Ewing, Provider Relations Specialist at Serials Solutions. "By joining the KnowledgeWorks Certification program, NetLibrary has shown its commitment to improved accessibility, a more fulfilling discovery experience, and quick resolution to mutual customer inquiries."

NetLibrary eContent is also available through OCLC's WorldCat Link Manager, an OpenURL linking and listing service that allows users to link from citations in WorldCat and other databases to full-text electronic resources. NetLibrary's work with Serials Solutions expands the number of access points to NetLibrary eContent.
