Benefits (OCLC Mexico)The following is general information and a summary of benefits programs applicable to employees of OCLC Mexico. PaydayOCLC Mexico employees are paid Mexican Pesos on a monthly basis, subject to employee approval, current to the last scheduled workday of the month. Direct depositOCLC Mexico directly deposits employee payroll checks to the bank of their choice, if possible. OCLC Mexico uses Banamex Financial Group, of which Banco Nacional de Mexico is the lead bank. Retirement ProgramsOCLC Mexico pays contributions to the Mexican Social Security Institute Pension program. HolidaysOCLC Mexico observes the 7 public holidays: January 1, February 5, March 21, May 1, September 16, November 20, December 1 (Inauguration Day once every 6 years) and December 25, plus 3 floating holidays at the employee's choice and if the Company is able to approve the same in accordance to its operation needs. The holiday schedule observed in the United States does not apply to employees working in countries outside of the United States. VacationBase level vacation days accrue at 6.667 hours/month to a maximum of 80 hours (10 days) per calendar year up to a maximum of 13.334 hours/month or 160 hours (20 days) per calendar year. Vacation BonusEmployees of OCLC Mexico are paid an additional amount up to 50% of daily base salary for each vacation day. Christmas BonusEmployees of OCLC Mexico receive 20 days of base salary to be paid by December 20 of each year. Car AllowanceBase level allowance is set at MXP$55,844.89 per year - paid per month MXP$4,653.74 ($US 5,000). This is taxable income to the individual. MedicalOCLC Mexico reimburses the reasonable and customary cost of coverage subject to employee's insurability - premium cost reviewed annually. Accidental Death and DismembermentOCLC Mexico reimburses the reasonable and customary cost of coverage subject to employee's insurability - premium cost reviewed annually. Coverage usually provided via rider to life insurance policy. Life InsuranceOCLC Mexico reimburses the reasonable and customary cost of coverage for 24 months of salary subject to employee's insurability - premium cost reviewed annually. Long Term DisabilityOCLC Mexico reimburses the reasonable and customary cost of coverage subject to employee's insurability - premium cost reviewed annually.
