If unable to loan from its own collections, The Centre tries to locate the material in other Danish libraries. Located at the State and University Library in Aarhus. CoverageHas approximately 2 million titles and 12,000 periodicals. Special collections include U.N. material and European Common Market publications. Has the National Newspaper Collection founded in 1916. Substantial collections in other Scandinavian languages, i.e., Norwegian and Swedish materials. Bibliography/index of holdingsA depository library; has a copy of all materials published in Denmark. Holdings are not included in WorldCat (the OCLC Online Union Catalog). Access to our catalogs via http://www.statsbiblioteket.dk. Loan/purchaseBoth. No charge for loans, and frequently no charge for photocopies. When payment is required, an invoice is sent to the borrower. The loan period is 1 month. Renewal requests will be granted unless the item is needed by another patron. IFM participationThe Library only participates by borrowing, not lending. Shipping/handlingLoans and photocopies are sent by air mail; return by air mail not required.
