Search by Title
Tips
- You can type part or all of a title in the Title box. You do not need to type the beginning of the title.
- Select Search All Databases to find all of the databases that cover a particular title or select one database to limit results to titles in that database. If you do not make a selection, you will search all databases.
- You can choose to view Full Text Titles Only (titles for which full-text articles are available in FirstSearch) or All Titles.
- You can choose how many titles are shown on each results page. Showing results in pages is faster than showing all results on one page.
Examples
- Type time to find the following titles and other titles that match the search: Army Times; Reading Time; Time; Times Educational Supplement.
- Type wom_n to find the following titles and other titles that match the search: About
Women & Marketing; MidLife Woman; Woman's Day; Women & Environments.

Wildcard characters
Use wildcard characters to retrieve variant words or phrases.
Use % (percent) to replace 0 or more characters.
Use _ (underscore) to replace 1 character only.
An invisible % wildcard character is included at the beginning and end of the Title box so you can type any part of the title or all of the title.
