¿Qué es RSS?
La Distribución Realmente Sencilla (RSS, por sus siglas en inglés) es un formato basado en XML para distribuir información desde los sitios Web a los escritorios. Una aplicación de lector de noticias obtiene acceso a los materiales de RSS para hacer llegar sus fuentes favoritas de información a su lector de noticias. Existen numerosos lectores de noticias disponibles, que incluyen opciones freeware, shareware y basadas en el navegador.
¿Cómo puedo agregar material?
Si usted ya tiene un lector RSS instalado, elija un material haciendo clic con el botón secundario en el icono "XML" y seleccione "Copiar acceso directo" (Internet Explorer) o "Copiar dirección del enlace" (Firefox), luego pegue la ubicación del material en el campo de URL/dirección de RSS de su lector. O bien, puede hacer clic en el icono XML y arrastrarlo hasta el campo de URL/dirección de RSS. Es posible que también deba hacer clic en un enlace "suscribir" para finalizar el proceso de suscripción.
