Tim Rapp was named Director of OCLC Latin America and the Caribbean operations in July 2005. He brings more than 25 years of international management and leadership experience to OCLC. Most recently, Tim was Managing Director, IHS de Mexico, and Vice President, Latin America for IHS Inc. where he was responsible for serving libraries, government and industry in Mexico and South America. Prior to leading the Mexico operations, Tim was Managing Director of IHS Australia. He has also held management positions in Europe and Africa. Tim resides in Mexico City and works from OCLC offices there.

José Antonio joined OCLC in 2002 as the first Director of OCLC México. He is responsible for all OCLC sales and marketing activities in Mexico. Prior to being named Director of OCLC México, José Antonio was sales manager for the international subscription agents EBSCO and SWETS. He was Director of Information and Marketing for information products at the Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior, S.N.C, and was manager of Information and Publications for the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, organizing and updating the file of listed companies and the library of the Instituto Mexicano del Mercado de Valores. José Antonio served as Information Systems Analyst in Novum Corporativo, a group of petrochemical companies and worked in academic libraries for nine years in the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana. Relevant positions include: President of Asociación Mexicana de Bibliotecarios, A.C. from 1995 to 1997, and Vice-president from 1993 to 1995. He worked as Director of Library Science, and editor of the magazine Ciencias de la Información y Archivonomía. He obtained the degree Licenciado en Biblioteconomía from the Escuela Nacional de Biblioteconomía y Archivonomía, accumulating 29 years of experience.

Lucia has been working at OCLC since July 2004 as Regional Support Specialist. She's responsible for the billing, quotes, marketing and sales support, and all administrative tasks for OCLC Latin America and the Caribbean. Lucia served in many positions in the financial/banking area in Brazil besides accumulating the position of English Teacher. Lucia holds a degree in Accounting and is graduating in International Marketing at University of Phoenix. Lucia speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Antonio been working for OCLC since 1997, and currently serves as Regional Manager for OCLC Latin America and Caribbean with the responsibility of managing implementations of services and projects for users as well as providing sales and marketing support to the division staff. Antonio is a graduate of the Universidad Dominicana O&M, in the Dominican Republic, majoring in Computer Systems Engineering. Afterwards he pursued a second degree in Business Administration in Newman University, in Kansas, USA. In his 15-year career, Antonio has served in many positions in companies and organizations related to the areas of computer science and higher education.
