Member Services Consultant
Rob Favini is a Member Services Consultant for OCLC. Prior to joining OCLC, Rob held various positions in public, academic and special libraries, including Consultant and Education Coordinator at NELINET, Dean of the Libraries at Becker College, Research Analyst at Hill Holliday (Boston) and Reference Librarian and trainer at Bentley University. Rob holds an MLIS from Kent State University, an MBA from Bentley University and an undergraduate degree in History from Fitchburg State University. Rob has presented and written on questionnaire design and online data collection, the impact of technology on library staff and patrons, and trends in mobile technology.
